Job Description
Job position: Warehouse worker
Work place: Pruszków or Radonice (near Warsaw)
Place of residence: Pruszków or Radonice
Employment: Mandatory contract
Remuneration:
- Guaranteed rate: PLN 28,10 gross/hour.
- Worker with UDT [Technical Supervision Office] rights: PLN 30 gross/hour.
- Additionally, bonuses are provided.
Payouts: Regularly, between the 15th and 20th of each month.
Responsibilities:
4 main processes:
- Goods returns: inspection of returned goods
- Pick: Collecting orders in accordance with consignment lists
- Pack: Packaging goods, clothing, footwear, accessories
- Quality control: Checking goods for defects and damage
Forklift operators:
- Loading and unloading goods;
- Transport and arrangement of goods in the warehouse.
Work schedule:
- Working in a two-shift system, 12 hours per shift.
- First shift: 06:00 a.m. – 06:00 p.m.
- Second shift: 06:00 p.m. – 06:00 a.m.
- Work 5-6 days a week, with paid breaks.
Accommodation:
- Comfortable houses equipped with all necessary amenities
- Accommodation cost: PLN 480 per month, deducted from remuneration.
Transport:
- Free company bus to work.
Additional information:
- Own work clothes required.
- Site temperature: +20°C to +22°C.
- There is a canteen and vending machines with free drinks on the premises of the plant.
- Free snacks every day!
Start of work:
Within 1-2 days after arrival.
